I was replacing a Toyota Tacoma that had just been totaled.  I was debating between buying a Toyota and Ford.  I had called several Toyota and Ford dealerships.  When I called the Bill Utter Ford dealership, Bobby Triplett answered and worked hard to find a vehicle that was within my price range, and then told me to let him know when I was ready to buy.  I called back about a week later, after I had come to resolution with the insurance company, and Bobby told me the vehicle was on site if I wanted to see it.  When I was ready to buy it, he had it ready and a loan officer ready to close the deal.  Even came in on his day off to make sure it all happened.  Kudos to Bill Utter Ford for the caliber of their sales staff.

Doyle Chaffin was our salesman and did an excellent job at helping us get this vehicle, my new Ford Explorer.  He worked with us our way, mainly through email and phone, so we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the dealership away from work.  He is genuine and that was something we didn’t see at the other Ford dealership in Carrollton.  We are confident in Fords product which is why we came back and would like to see the Carrollton’s dealership service mirror that of Denton’s.  The dealership was spic and span, the cleanest I’ve seen out of any other Ford dealerships, and every person I came in contact with said hello to us, even if they weren’t helping us, and spoke with sincerity.  Nothing fake about these people, they really know the definition of service.  I absolutely love this dealership.  We also had our truck serviced at the body shop this past year and the service was excellent there too, so we’ve seen many areas of this place to get a good feel overall, and I can honestly say, they are top notch.  I’ve never wanted to hug a salesman before but Doyle almost got one from me.  He is a super sweet, caring guy.  Thanks BILL UTTER FORD! I just got home from the best car buying experience ever. I took my F150 in to service because the clutch had gone out. only to find out the cost to repair it would be more than I could afford. My sister had purchased an Escape a couple years ago and recommended I go there when I was ready to do a trade in. Well it came unexpectedly on my way home from work on Friday. Ty Massey was extremely helpful and made me feel very much at ease. He wanted to make sure that I was sure about doing a trade in and didn’t want me to feel pressured because of my truck needing work. Although many car dealerships present, let’s say, ‘challenges’ to the car buying experience, Utter Ford is a refreshing change to the standard unpleasantness one often finds. Ask for Doyle Chaffin if integrity, extra effort, low pressure, and quality information is what you are looking for in a sales representative. I dealt with him alone, never having to go through the usual 2 or 3 tier heirarchy that is too often found elsewhere. After the deal was made, Debbie Traugher handled the financial details with the speed, efficiency and personality of a consumate professional. Finally, Accessories manager Denise Wolfe gave a thourough explanation of options that were avialable, never once applying any pressure.

If you want the most informed ,intellegent and friendly experiance while purchasing an automobile, go see Ty Massey at Bill Utter Ford. Our new truck had a couple of small scratches that they took care of right away and they loaned us a replacement truck during that time. We were introduced to Carl Anderson the general manager, he made sure we were happy with our purchase. Carl has been with Bill Utter Ford for many years and has everything running smoothly. It was a true pleasure meeting him and I know if we have any concerns in the future Ty and Carl are dependable people. If they say it ,they will do it. One more person I would like to mention was our finance man, he went out of his way to make alan and I comfortable with the car note we had. I used to have to decide which I liked better- having a root canal or shopping for a car. However, I liked the way the folks here did business. Instead of having a platoon of salesmen jump you at the door, they leave you alone untl you are ready to talk to them. They don’t try to con you into buying the next larger model and they do their best to match anything you have found elsewhere. They do try and and sell you all kinds of aftermarket stuff, like window tinting, but as Nancy Reagan said, “Just say no.” I would do buiness with them again.

Ebay Ford Ranger Bill Utter Ford                            5 Star Rating

We saw their post on Ebay . I sent an offer on their Ranger and got a call from Phil. As usual he only had my information not the offer part. Since I had gone through this 4 times already I was ready for more run around. Phil said he would talk to his boss and call back. He did, we agreed on the price and I waited for the “hidden or extra fees” . They were exactly what was stated. I was afraid the Ranger would not be there when we arrived but it was cleaned, serviced, and a full tank. Less than one hour and we were on our way back. It was the first time in years we breezed right through the process. Great service! Great people! and no bull! What a concept!

Toronto Spikes, my salesman, talked with my wife and I and was able to match uswith a vehicle that met both our needs. I recently took my f350 in for service, I had a cold start issue. Danny met me on the service drive, very polite, professional. He was very detailed in listening and writing up the repair order! Impressed at that time, he called me back with and estimate to replace the FICM??? I think and told me it would be around $1000.00. Before the day was over, he called said my truck was ready.

Everyone is excited when they purchase a new vehicle.  My new truck that I purchased from you in June has 8,000 miles on it. I want to tell you I still love my truck!  My June visit was the first time I had been to Bill Utter Ford.  You were very personable and made me and my family feel very comfortable right from the start.  You were honest and sincere when met and that made my truck purchasing experience great!

There are numerous Ford dealers throughout the metroplex and beyond, but Bill Utter will always be my Ford dealer. I really appreciate all that you did including the dealer rebate that we discussed after the purchase.  Customer service is very important in this day  since everyone is worried about money and the “best price”.  Customer service is the difference and is what makes me decide who I am going to buy from–that includes everything from groceries, dry cleaning and my vehicle purchases.  You know how to treat your customers.

I went to Bill Utter Ford, after leaving another dealership, and was greeted with a big smile by Jared Sanders. He was very polite, kind and courteous with his greeting. I told him about the whole situation about the other dealership and he said “well lets see what we could possibly help you out with then here.” We sat and talked about what we had discussed at the other dealership and he did say that “well if they could only do the best at that mark, then we might be able to do that.” I said ok and then told him what I was looking for, he then introduced me to the 2010 Ford Focus, which was a very nice little car and we discussed all the options they had to offer at that dealership. One thing that he said which I was really really pleased with this comment is, “I don’t want to run and ruin your credit and sell you a car that you are not 100% satisfied with, so I want to make sure that before we run the application, to tell me if this is the car for you.” Now that part made me feel good because that rarely happens at a lot of dealerships and that told me that he wanted my business. So the car that I test drove I liked the feeling of it, but it was missing a few things I would of liked more, so he helped me look for the car that I would have liked. Unfortunately, they didn’t happen to have the car that I wanted on the lot, BUT a friend of mine who happened to work there, Kitty Fallen, found the car that I was looking for at another dealership and both Jared and Kitty did there best to get that car over to Bill Utter just for me. I went ahead and sat down to go ahead and do the credit application. Best news I have heard all day was that I was APPROVED!!! By the way, I did this on my own with out a co-signer because I already had well enough credit established, just for consideration purposes. I was so excited that I had a smile on my face the remainder of the day. They told me that the car would be there the next day so after getting off of work the next day, I went to go and sign all the paper work with them. Don the financial man who helped me with that answered all my questions without any hidden quotes. He was straight up forward with me, and I really enjoyed that! After everything was done, my brand new Ford Focus was sitting right outside for me to drive it off the lot and I couldn’t hardly wait!! I thank all the people that work at Bill Utter Ford for taking care of me like a very valued customer, and if anyone who is reading this review, I recommend Bill Utter Ford 100%! Also I recommend that you be helped by either Jared Sanders or Kitty Fallen. Two people who I will do business with anytime!!!

Utterlly Comforting5 Star Rating

Just got my car back Friday from the body shop at Bill Utter Ford and have never been happier since the day I first got her!
Few Weeks ago I had an accident ironically in front of the dealership on I-35 and my first thought was drive it and drop it off to them ASAP. It was after hours, but I knew she was in good hands. Then next day right away Jeff took a look at it and said they would get started on it right away. Per my fathers request we got a second opinion on damage repairs and Ford still offered the more affordable deal. After the insurance company dropped off the papers I signed them and they started on work right away.
From day one I got emails and phone calls to keep me updated on my repairs and the progress on my vehicle. Danny and the service department set me up with a rental from Hertz stationed at Ford to get me to class and work while my car was being repaired. The Rental was waiting for me and all I had to do was sign the papers and give them my credit card and info per rental agreement.
Not only did I get to speak personally to my service tech whom worked on my car, they let me take a look personally at the progress. Not only when my car was done did I get an email but Jeff also called me personally to tell me it was done, along with delays and reasons for delays on my repairs. Jeff even offered to take a look at my wipers when they didnt seem to work after I picked up my car even though they didnt have anything to do with the damages. Not to mention my car was cleaned for me on the inside and out like she was brand new the day I picked it up from the body shop!
In an economy like this one an accident can shatter your world especially when your car is your life! I own a 2007 Mustang Convertable ordered and bought from Bill Utter Ford, the customer service I recieve from them is the reason my family keeps coming back from our first car till our next one. I work retail and I know customer service. They are compassionate and understand how hard it is to lose your transportation.

He took the time after the sale to set up the new Sync system for me (which if you have ever had to set up a navigation/bluetoothe before you know how aggravating they can be until you learn the new system). Amazing!!

The customer service that I had at Bill Utter Ford was great. When i walked in i didnt have to wait for help, and “Kitty” Fallon got right on the ball with helping me find the car that fits me perfectly. Even though I paid for my call in full and she really doesn’t have to call and check on me, she still does. Kitty has called multiple times just to be sure that i am satisfied with my car. I had the extreme pleasure of doing business with Bobby Triplett. I am almost 53 years old and he was by far the best sales man I have ever delt with. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from Bill Utter Ford in February of this year. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the past 4 years and the main reason for the repeat business is our salesman Dick Ricks. Mr. Ricks has always been HONEST with me about what he can sell the vehicle for, the amount he can get for my trade and the interest rate he can get me financed at. My wife hates the car buying experience, but she was impressed by Mr Ricks HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Within less than a week of the purchase we were contacted by mail twice and phone once to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Very Accommodating

Jeremy and I live in Plano with our 17 month old son, so it wasn’t always convenient driving to and from Denton to look at cars, however, Phil couldn’t have made the shopping or purchase any easier. Not only did he have the car I wanted, he was very accommodating with time and travel issues. Most important though was Phil’s overall friendliness.
